Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written)
• Experience in FX & CFD industry mandatory
• Experience in retention/conversion roles within Forex/CFD
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Ability to work in target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills
• Computer literate with CRM and office tools
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with CRM systems and trading platforms
• Knowledge of global financial markets and online trading products

RESPONSIBILITIES : Retention

• Promote the company's FX and CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth
• Convert high-quality leads into active and loyal trading clients
• Increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities across client portfolios
• Deliver consistent, high-level customer service across the client lifecycle
• Stay up to date with financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates
• Work towards and consistently achieve defined sales and retention targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in FX & CFD industry is mandatory
• Prior experience in a Retention role within Forex/CFD brokerage
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills
• Computer literate with good CRM and office tool awareness
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience working with international brokerage teams
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets
• Experience managing client portfolios in a sales or retention environment.
