Job summary

Land Sterling in Dubai seeks a Managing QS to lead post-contract commercial and procurement for interior fit-out projects. You will oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations, cost control, variations, and final accounts, ensuring profitability and compliance with client requirements and local regulations.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years in interior fit-out or D&B environments, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts, procurement processes, and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of post-contract and procurement experience.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out or Design & Build environments.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and measurement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of QS professionals across live fit-out projects.
• Own procurement strategy and manage subcontractor procurement cycles from enquiry to award.
• Oversee interim valuations, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete assessments.
• Review and administer main/subcontract conditions and manage changes, claims, and final accounts.
