Job summary

Land Sterling Properties seeks a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead post-contract commercial activities for interior fit-out projects. You will manage procurement, cost control, valuations, and final accounts while ensuring profitability and compliance with client requirements and local regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive post-contract and procurement experience, and deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts and bespoke fit-out practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering required.
• Minimum 10–12 years of post-contract and procurement experience in interior fit-out or Design & Build environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-contract delivery and procurement of interior fit-out packages.
• Lead commercial team and coordinate with site managers and design teams.
• Review subcontract BOQs, pricing schedules and ensure alignment with budgets and client specs.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete projections.
• Manage variations, claims, EOT assessments and final accounts.
