Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in executive search or senior HR/talent leadership.
• Established UAE/GCC network of senior executives.
• Proven ability to secure CEO/Board level client relationships.
• Deep understanding of UAE/GCC market dynamics across sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building and scaling a business.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end executive search for C-suite and senior roles.
• Develop and execute the firm's growth strategy and market expansion.
• Build and maintain a network of C-suite executives and decision-makers.
• Oversee and mentor researchers, consultants, and associates.
• Represent the firm at events to strengthen brand visibility.
• Manage P&L for assigned business lines.
• Ensure high standards of search methodology and client delivery.
• Contribute to leadership decisions as part of the partner group.
