Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in executive search or senior HR/talent leadership.
• Established UAE/GCC network of senior executives.
• Proven ability to secure CEO/Board level client relationships.
• Deep understanding of UAE/GCC market dynamics across sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building and scaling a business.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end executive search for C-suite and senior roles.
• Develop and execute the firm's growth strategy and market expansion.
• Build and maintain a network of C-suite executives and decision-makers.
• Oversee and mentor researchers, consultants, and associates.

The Role:

As Managing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of Alpha Leadership Co. You will lead high-profile executive search mandates, build and nurture C-suite relationships across key industries, and help scale the firm's presence throughout the UAE and the broader GCC. This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned search professional to take on a true leadership and ownership stake in a growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for C-suite, board, and senior leadership roles across diverse industries
• Develop and execute the firm's growth strategy, including new client acquisition, market expansion, and service line development
• Build and maintain a strong network of C-suite executives, board members, and key decision-makers across the region
• Oversee and mentor a team of researchers, consultants, and associates, fostering a high-performance culture
• Represent Alpha Leadership Co. at industry events, forums, and client engagements to strengthen brand visibility and reputation
• Manage P&L responsibility for assigned business lines or client portfolios
• Ensure the highest standards of search methodology, candidate assessment, and client delivery
• Contribute to firm-wide strategic decisions as part of the leadership/partner group

What We're Looking For:

• 12+years of experience in executive search, leadership advisory, or senior HR/talent leadership roles, with a strong track record of successful C-suite placements
• Established network of senior executives and business leaders within the UAE/GCC region
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships at the CEO/Board level
• Deep understanding of regional market dynamics across sectors such as finance, real estate, energy, technology, or government/public sector
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling a business
• Fluency in English required
• International or multinational executive search experience is a strong advantage
