Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in strategy execution, transformation, project/programme management, management consulting, business performance, or executive/CEO office environments.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create executive-ready reports and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and follow up effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
