Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate
  • MBA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Attend CEO meetings, document discussions, decisions, and action items.
  • Manage the CEO's action list and follow up with departments to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare progress updates and highlight issues that require escalation.
  • Draft high-quality reports, briefs, and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Conduct initial analysis on financial, technical, and operational matters.
  • Lead and manage special projects including due diligence, document review, commercial assessments, and contract reviews.
  • Build and maintain professional stakeholder relationships.
  • Anticipate CEO needs and prepare relevant data and insights.
  • Identify opportunities to support achievement of company scorecard metrics.
  • Monitor stakeholder progress to ensure targets are met.

We are hiring a highly capable Manager Stakeholder Management to support executive-level operations and strengthen relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. This role works closely with the CEO and requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

CEO Support & Action Management


  • Attend CEO meetings, document discussions, decisions, and action items.

  • Manage the CEOs action list and follow up with departments to ensure timely completion.

  • Prepare progress updates and highlight issues that require escalation.

  • Draft high-quality reports, briefs, and presentations for executive leadership.

  • Conduct initial analysis on financial, technical, and operational matters.

  • Lead and manage special projects including due diligence, document review, commercial assessments, and contract reviews.

  • Build and maintain professional stakeholder relationships.

  • Anticipate CEO needs and prepare relevant data and insights.

Stakeholder Relations & Representation


  • Represent the CEO in meetings with key stakeholders including government entities, VIP clients, investors, and consultants.

  • Act as the point of contact for stakeholder inquiries.

  • Prepare briefing notes, dossiers, and follow-up documentation for high-level meetings.


Communication & Coordination


  • Ensure timely communication of CEO directives across departments.

  • Prepare internal and external correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

  • Coordinate with departments such as Finance, Development, Delivery, Legal, and Operations to consolidate updates.

  • Maintain organized and confidential filing systems (digital and physical).


Key Performance Indicators


  • Completion rate of CEO action items within agreed timelines

  • Quality and accuracy of reports and updates

  • Stakeholder satisfaction and feedback

  • Efficiency of communication between the CEO Office and departments

  • Adherence to company policies and procedures


Key Interactions

Internal: All departments across the organization


External: Government entities, VIP clients, investors, ambassadors, consultants, and other senior stakeholders


Qualifications and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business management, consulting, finance, engineering, or stakeholder management

  • Experience in real estate


Preferred:


  • MBA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent certifications
