Job summary

Talents Tide is recruiting a Manager Stakeholder Management for a prominent government-affiliated organization in Dubai. You will drive engagement with key stakeholders and support the CEO across strategic initiatives.

You will build trusted relationships, coordinate cross-departmental communications, and prepare reports and briefings for leadership meetings, while ensuring discretion and compliance across sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA, PMP, CFA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years experience in stakeholder management or executive support, preferably within real estate in Dubai.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and manage relationships across all levels.
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, VIP clients, and business partners.
• Support the CEO in meetings; document discussions and prepare action plans with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate communication between the CEO Office and internal departments.
• Represent the CEO in meetings and handle stakeholder inquiries with discretion.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings.
• Lead or support special projects with business, financial, or operational analysis.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.
