Aldar Hospitality's Leisure Cluster invites a seasoned Outlets Manager – Beach Club to lead day-to-day operations of all beach club outlets, ensuring superb guest experiences and profitability. You will oversee restaurants, bars, lounges, and pool/beach service with a focus on brand standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 4–6 years in Food & Beverage operations, beach club or high-volume outlets.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid financial and operational understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of beach club outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges and pool/beach service.
• Ensure service aligns with brand standards and maintains guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback and promptly address issues.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across outlets.
• Lead, train, and motivate outlets team to high performance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor revenue, costs and profitability; assist budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with marketing/events to drive promotions and activations.

About the Job

The Outlets Manager – Beach Club is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets within the beach club, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient operations, and achievement of financial targets. This role focuses on maintaining high service standards, team leadership, and creating a vibrant and engaging beach club atmosphere.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all beach club outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, and pool/beach service.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in line with brand standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns or feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across all outlets.
• Create a memorable and engaging guest experience aligned with the beach club concept.
• Ensure service is personalized, attentive, and consistent.
• Handle VIP guests and special requests professionally.
• Lead, train, and motivate the outlets team to achieve high performance.
• Conduct regular briefings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and efficient scheduling.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability of all outlets.
• Control expenses, minimize waste, and optimize resources.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Work closely with marketing and events teams to drive promotions and beach club activations.
• Support special events, entertainment programs, and themed nights.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations

What does it take to join our team?

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a beach club, resort, or high-volume outlet.
