Saadiyat Beach Club by Aldar Hospitality in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver courteous service, manage guest orders, and ensure accurate billing. You will maintain station standards, support upselling, and contribute to a premium guest experience in a luxury outlet.

The role emphasizes attentiveness to guest needs, strict adherence to food safety, and proactive teamwork to uphold the venue’s high service levels.

Qualifications

• To provide efficient and courteous F&B service within the station.
• Attend pre-service briefings for daily updates.
• Maintain mise en place to standards.
• Greet guests professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure the station is stocked and tidy for smooth service.
• Take orders with upselling techniques.
• Communicate clearly within the team.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and appropriate corrective actions.
• Serve food and beverages according to guest needs and expectations.
• Clear and re-set tables according to reservations.
• Present and process guest bills promptly and accurately.
• Wish guests farewell and encourage return visits.
• Maintain privacy and security of all guests and be proactive.
• Follow food safety regulations and support Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily pre-service briefings and stay updated on specials and outlet changes.
• Maintain clean and organized service stations to ensure efficient service.
• Interact with guests, upsell where appropriate, and manage order accuracy.
• Deliver food and beverage with attentiveness to guest preferences.
• Process bills accurately and ensure timely settlement at the end of service.
• Communicate guest concerns to the team and execute corrective measures as needed.
• Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards and support management as needed.

Food & Beverage Attendant duty is to ensure guest satisfaction is met throughout the guest’s outlet experience by providing efficient and courteous service of food and beverage within the station, handling all transactions related to billing accurately and efficiently, enhancing the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

• To attend pre-service briefings for daily updates.
• To ensure that “mise en place” levels are kept to standards.
• To meet and greet guests in a professional and efficient manner according to company standards.
• To ensure that the station is always stocked and tidy, ensuring efficient service.
• To take order with an up selling technique.
• To communicate clearly and effectively within the team.
• To ensure that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allow for corrective measures to be taken.
• To serve food and beverage according to guest’s needs & expectations.
• To ensure that tables are consistently cleared re-set according to reservation plans.
• To ensure that guests receive bills promptly and accurately.
• To prepare and present bills.
• To wish “farewell” to all guests, encouraging returning customers.
• Maintain privacy and security of all guests and is continuously proactive in all areas of the operation.
• Follow the food and safety regulation.
• Support and assist Senior Management and perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management.
