Job summary

K11 by AC Limited in Dubai is seeking an experienced business development professional to lead UAE mall leasing and expansion, negotiate terms and manage full leasing cycles. The role also covers sponsorships, corporate partnerships and cross-border expansion for Chinese brands into the Middle East.

You will own revenue targets for leasing, expansion services and sponsorships, build a strong partner network across GCC, and deliver market-entry advice with a focus on performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in retail leasing, mall or developer-side commercial roles, sponsorship sales or commercial partnerships.
• An established and active network within the GCC mall developer and landlord landscape, with the ability to open doors and secure space.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in partnership development, client acquisition, and stakeholder management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate numbers into commercial strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills; Arabic and/or Mandarin an advantage.
• Outgoing and confident in initiating new relationships and representing the business in front of senior developer and brand counterparties. Ability to operate independently, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and travel across the GCC as required.

Responsibilities

• Store Leasing & Expansion: Find, assess and secure stores in UAE’s leading malls. Negotiate leasing terms, manage the full leasing cycle.
• Event Sponsorship & Corporate Partnerships: Identify, pitch and close sponsorship and corporate partnership deals between commercial partners and IP exhibitions. Build and manage a qualified pipeline across different categories to sustain the collaboration.
• Cross-Border Business Expansion: Assist Chinese brands enter the Middle East market and open outlets in the right malls. Provide market entry advice, mall matching and outlet setup support.
• Commercial Strategy & Reporting: Own revenue targets for leasing, expansion services and sponsorship. Track marketing trends. Monitor and analyze campaign and partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
