Job summary

Jumeirah Emirates Towers in Dubai seeks a Laundry Manager to lead the high-volume, luxury laundry operations, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction. You will supervise staff, train on chemical usage, and maintain equipment, while upholding grooming, safety, and service delivery standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality and high-volume laundry operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with coaching and development focus.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized to ensure quality standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Follow and enforce Brand Standards, Quality Assurance Audit, and Service Delivery Standards within the Housekeeping Department.
• Operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Provide proper training on chemical usage and maintain records of equipment maintenance and malfunction.
• Supervise guest laundry processes from collection to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Follow and enforce Brand Standards, Quality Assurance Audit, and Service Delivery Standards within the Housekeeping Department.

• Ensure compliance with resort policies regarding fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety.
• Provide proper training on chemical usage and maintain records of equipment maintenance and malfunction.
• Supervise guest laundry processes from collection to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Experienced laundry professional with over 3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality and high-volume laundry operations.
• Strong leader with proven team management skills, focused on coaching, motivating, and developing team members.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
• Skilled in problem-solving and project coordination, with the ability to identify operational improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and committed to driving operational excellence through creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
