Responsibilities

• Deliver and relocate food and non-food items throughout the back-of-house areas.
• Verify deliveries to outlets are accurate, timely, and free from spoilage or breakage.
• Ensure temperature-control requirements and delivery protocols are followed.
• Collect approved returns from outlets and hand over at the checkpoint.
• Carry out deliveries safely using material-handling equipment (MHE) and follow safety protocols.
• Coordinate with checkpoint team and Inventory Clerks to schedule deliveries.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island: Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking Runner to join our Inventory Control Team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and relocate food and non-food items throughout the back-of-house areas.
• Verify that deliveries to outlets are accurate, completed within the required timeframes, and free from spoilage or breakage.
• Ensure that temperature-control requirements and all delivery protocols are followed.
• Collect approved returns from outlets and hand them over at the checkpoint.
• Carry out deliveries safely using material-handling equipment (MHE) and comply with all safety protocols applicable throughout the property’s back-of-house areas.
• Work closely with the checkpoint team and Inventory Clerks to schedule deliveries and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters at all times.
• Work shifts as required.
• Interact professionally and positively with team members, management, and contractors.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
• Remain courteous and well-groomed in accordance with company standards.
• Follow health and safety standards and immediately report any potential delivery or routing challenges.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.

About You

• Secondary School Diploma or higher.
• Previous experience in food handling, inventory control, receiving, or logistics is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
