Job description

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Assistant Manager– Offsite Warehouse to join the resort’s Warehouse team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Ensure all goods are stored within temperature, hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate stocking and rotation of all incoming items; ensure verifications of quantity, quality and specifications are met. Report discrepancies to appropriate department head for action.
• Monitor expiry dates at prescribed intervals.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Plan incoming/outgoing requisitions flow with Shift Supervisors and attendants for action.
• Responsible for warehouse maintenance, housekeeping and equipment logs.
• Ensure proper stock rotation of all incoming items. Maintain par levels within business demands and plan replenishment on time.
• Accept any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the WH Manager or Operations controller.
• Ensure all inventory transactions are done through BirchStreet only.
• Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct.
• Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in accordance with UAE regulations and Wynn policies.
• Support layout optimization and equipment readiness for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate deliveries to the outlets with Inventory teams and transfers to logistics center.
• Conduct routine inspections and support audit readiness.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and risk mitigation efforts.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of warehouse staff.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.

Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 3–5 years in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in hospitality/food industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Vocational training or certifications in food safety and warehouse management are an advantage.
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, MMS, BirchStreet).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of UAE logistics regulations and safety standards.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
