Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Manager in Financial Controlling to drive policy, internal controls, and AI adoption. You will collaborate with Group Finance to develop policies, roll out control frameworks, and ensure accurate financials across entities.

The role emphasizes automation, training, and cross-functional coordination with Shared Services and BU Finance. The ideal candidate has CA/ACCA or equivalent, 5+ years supervisory experience in a large organization, and strong SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a large organization.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; experience with IFRS/IAS and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize divisional accounting policies and advisory frameworks.
• Lead implementation of internal controls and policy training for Finance & Operations teams.
• Coordinate with Shared Service Centres and BU Finance for timely close processes.
