Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Digital Commerce Strategy Manager for the Middle East, Turkiye & Central Asia to drive growth in the METCA hub. You will shape growth frameworks, build scalable capabilities, and partner with Marketing, CS&L, Finance and HR to identify opportunities and implement best practices across markets.

The role requires 4–7 years in digital commerce, fluency in English, and strong cross-functional project management skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in Digital Commerce or Omnichannel Strategy.
  • Previous experience in Tech/Social ecosystems and industries is required.
  • Experience in complex cross-functional collaboration, project management, and a strategic mindset.
  • Proven ability to drive Business Growth, utilizing new technologies including AI and machine learning, to achieve business goals efficiently and at scale.
  • Strong command of the digital shelf, retail media and eCommerce analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve METCA eCommerce growth strategy aligned with hub priorities and market dynamics.
  • Support markets in defining market specific eCommerce growth strategies, investment priorities and acceleration plans.
  • Develop Hub’s Social Commerce strategy, roadmap and GTM in close collaboration with the Customer Development and Marketing team.
  • Monitor and Identify emerging Digital/Social platforms, business models and partnership opportunities at Hub level.
  • Scale successful pilots and best practices in Digital Commerce across METCA.
  • Increase organizational maturity through capability development and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop & Own common Hub KPIs framework and dashboards to track progress.
  • Benchmark leading practices across other region’s, global teams and external industry leaders.
  • Monitor the Digital Commerce flywheel (distribution, digital shelf, availability, share of search, conversion etc), track KPIs and prepare monthly category performance reviews and recommendations.

Scope of Responsibility

The Digital Commerce Strategy Manager - Middle East, Turkiye & Central Asia is responsible for developing and accelerating the Hub’s Digital Commerce growth. This strategic role reports to the Future Growth Strategy Lead for METCA and partners closely with Customer Development, Marketing, CS&L, Finance, HR, RegionalRegional and Global teams to identify growth opportunities, build scalable capabilities and drive adoption of best practices across METCA.

The position connects strategic priorities with market execution by developing growth frameworks, capability building programs, performance measurement, GTM and Innovation roadmaps in collaboration with the different stakeholders.

Required Qualification
  • Mandatory fluency in English. Arabic & Turkish are good to have.
  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.
