Job summary

e& UAE is seeking a senior regulatory professional to oversee TDRA mobile registration policy implementation and related projects. You will ensure processes meet TDRA mandates and drive continuous improvement across sales points and support channels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with TDRA and authorities, improve registration experiences, and lead digital initiatives to enhance efficiency and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Experience implementing TDRA policies is preferred.

Oversees customer and POS registration TDRA policies implementation and other projects assigned by management and ensure all policies, procedures, processes are in place to meet the TDRA mandate. Monitors operational efficiency, TDRA Compliance and recommends appropriate enhancements to ensure quality and consistency of output for mobile and POS registration requirements. Develop and drive the Mobile registration overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of regulations and system updates to meet TDRA mobile registration policy requirements.
• Effectively communicate TDRA mobile registration policies throughout the organization to ensure compliance at all sales points.
• Design and deliver training programs on TDRA RRMC 2.1 policies and exceptions for sales agents, in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Analyze issues, create corrective plans, and coordinate with TDRA and authorities to prevent violations.
• Manage daily registration issues and complaints from sales points, contact centers, and social media, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain high service quality by enforcing customer data standards, resolving quality issues, and suggesting system improvements.
• Prepare and submit reports to TDRA and security agencies, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Investigate and respond to all public prosecution letters related to mobile registration, representing Etisalat as needed.
• Direct TDRA POS Registration projects, working with teams to maintain system controls.
• Organize customer registration support processes to improve satisfaction.
• Review regulatory registration effectiveness and recommended improvements.
• Improve customer registration experience, expand renewal channels, and secure approvals for digital initiatives.
• Oversee the rollout of new digital tools and processes to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Enhance registration processes with digital technology for a seamless, user-friendly customer experience and increased competitiveness.
