Wearelookingfora Assistant Manager - Leasing tojoinDubaiHoldingAssetManagement.Themaindutiesandresponsibilitiesofthisroleare:

• Assistinpreparationofbudgetsbyprovidingdueinputsonvariousfactorsincludingvacantunits,timelines,potentialterminations,non-renewalsetc.
• Coordinatewiththecollectionsteamforcollectionofrents,depositsandleasingfeestoensurepaymentsaremadeaccuratelyontime.
• Performgeneraladministrativedutiessuchasensuringdocumentsaresignedinatimelyfashion,settingupnewfiles,preparingroutinecorrespondence,etc.
• SupporttheHead,RetailLeasingandotherlinedepartmentstoensurethatallproposalsfornewtenantscomplywithcompanyguidelines,budgetsandhavereceivedappropriateapprovals.
• CoordinatewiththeLegaldepartmentforpreparationoftenancycontractstemplatesandformstoensurestandardizationofleasingdocumentswithintheframeworkofthefederallaw.
• Ensureleasecontractsareeffectivelytracked,producethesupportingdocumentationfornewleasesandleaserenewals,compileleasesummariesandliaisewithclientstoclarifyleasefortimelyapprovals.
• Sourceprospectivetenantsandgeneratenewleasingleadsandnegotiatequalifieddealsfrominceptiontofinalexecutionincludingsubmissionforreviewtotheleasingcommittee.
• Handleclientphysicalanddatabaseleasefilestoensurethattheleasefilescontainaccurateandup-to-daterecords.
• Ensuretheleasedocumentmanagementsystemiskeptuptodatewithallnewleasingdealsforspecificdevelopments.
• AssistinpreparingtimelyreportsforSeniorManagementreviewandanalysis.
• PreparememosandRAFsforcasejustificationandapprovalfromManagementasperDOA.
• Maintainaccuratesalesforcedata/inventoryandpreparationofaccurateleaseagreements.Ineventifleasepreparationisdonebysomeoneelse,tovalidateofdocumentsandagreements.
• Proactivelydevelopandmanagetherelationshipwiththeclienttoensureservicedeliveryexpectationsareexceeded.
• Prepareregularreports,withinspecifiedtimeframes,detailingpropertystatusandperformanceincludingrecommendationsonleasenegotiations.
• AssisttheSeniorLeasingManager/LeasingManagerindevelopingtenantandcustomerfocusedstrategiesthroughmonitoringcustomer,tenantandassetfeedback.
• Makefollow-upcallstoTenantwhohavenotrevertedtorenewalremindernotification.
• Conductadequatemarketanalysisoncompetitiveleasingtrendsandreporttomanagement.
• ConductpresentationsandsitevisitsforprospectivetenantsinordertopromoteDHAMretailprojects.
