Job summary

Currie & Brown in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Associate (Cost Management - Post Contract) to join our team and work closely with a key client, where mall experience is essential.

You will lead a team, provide post-contract cost management advice, and manage resources and time to protect margins while maintaining professional client relationships. MRICS and Middle East experience are preferred for success.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• MRICS membership preferred.
• Experience in a global construction consultancy.
• Middle East experience preferred.
• Strong report writing and client-facing communication.
• Mall/shopping centre experience essential.
• Experience leading others within live projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate post contract cost management advice to our clients.
• Lead a team and provide continuous development.
• Deliver assignments competently and professionally.
• Manage resources, cost and time effectively to ensure margins are met.
• Provide regular feedback to the director on the commissions under your management.
• Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships
