Key requirements include a BSc in Quantity Surveying, procurement experience, and ideally MRICS. Middle East experience and strong client-facing skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• MRICS membership preferred but not essential.
• Procurement experience is essential for the role.
• Previous technical delivery experience in a global consultancy firm.
• Previous Middle East experience.
• To be comfortable working in a client facing role.

Responsibilities

• Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to our clients.
• Delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments.
• Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control.
• Undertaking cost management services as part of a team.
• Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
• Providing support to the team leader/service leaders in the cost management of projects.
• Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; building great client relationships.
