Confidential in Dubai, UAE is seeking a seasoned Mall Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy shopping centre. You will oversee facilities, security, maintenance, tenant relations, and customer experience, ensuring services run smoothly and safely.

With 5+ years in mall operations in Dubai, you will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and drive initiatives from concept to execution, supporting events and promotions from an operational perspective.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in mall management and mall operations in Dubai.
• Experience with facilities, tenant operations, FM coordination, security, and customer experience.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai operational and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Mall Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:

Candidates must have proven hands‑on experience in mall management and mall operations within Dubai, UAE.

Only candidates with direct Dubai mall operations experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations and management of the mall.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all mall facilities, services, and common areas.
• Coordinate with tenants, retailers, contractors, security, cleaning, maintenance, and other service providers.
• Monitor facility management, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and operational standards.
• Manage tenant relations and address operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage operational budgets, service contracts, vendors, and cost control.
• Handle emergencies, incidents, complaints, and operational escalations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mall Operations Manager / Mall Manager / Mall Operations professional.
• Mandatory Dubai mall management and mall operations experience.
• Strong understanding of mall facilities, tenant operations, FM coordination, security, and customer experience.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai operational and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple operational functions in a fast‑paced retail environment.
