Job summary

Al-Futtaim Real Estate in Dubai seeks a Finance Accountant to manage mall operating expenses, monthly closings, and financial reporting. You will handle VAT and tax-related schedules, perform reconciliations, and support FP&A, A/R, and auditors.

This on-site role collaborates with multiple departments to ensure accurate financial records. The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience in business finance, strong accounting skills, and proficiency in SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business finance.
• Experience with ERP/SAP and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage mall-related expenses, close monthly and report financials.
• Review POs, VAT treatment, and DOA compliance.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliation schedules.
• Coordinate with FP&A, A/R, auditors, and banks.
• Support tax and VAT schedules and intercompany payments.
