Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a finance professional to manage the complete accounting cycle for malls, including payables, month-end close, VAT compliance, and reporting. You will collaborate with FP&A and other departments to ensure accuracy and timely settlements.

The role requires 3-5 years in business finance, strong Excel skills, ERP/SAP experience, and the ability to communicate clearly with vendors. Real estate experience is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP Financial Software; SAP expertise preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in business finance; real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting cycle for malls, including payables and monthly close.
• Prepare expenses, VAT compliance, and reporting for FP&A.
• Coordinate with bank, intercompany, and external auditors as required.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and cost/control schedules.
