Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to ensure accuracy and integrity of mall financial records. You will own the complete accounting cycle—from expenses and accruals to monthly closing and reporting—plus VAT compliance per guidelines.

Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to provide FP&A schedules, assist audits, and support intercompany processes. SAP expertise and ERP experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP Financial Software; SAP expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete mall accounting cycle including expenses, monthly closing, accruals & reporting.
• Apply VAT codes and verify mall expenses per FTA guidelines.
• Prepare expenses schedules for Corporate Tax and flag to FP&A.
• Ensure POs monthly against completed works; review monthly provisions.
• Verify LPOs, postings to correct GL accounts and cost centres per DOA.
• Process payments per terms; coordinate intercompany settlements.
• Provide operating expense and capex schedules to FP&A for budgeting.
• Coordinate with bank DOA updates and signatory approvals.
