Mall Finance Accountant — SAP & FP&A Support

Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Finance professional to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records. You will manage the full mall accounting cycle, VAT compliance and close processes, working closely with the finance team to deliver timely reports and insights.

The role requires 3–5 years in business finance, strong ERP/SAP skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across departments. Dubai-based, full-time with a focus on real estate operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business finance; real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete accounting cycle for malls including expenses, monthly closing accruals and reporting.
• Apply VAT codes and verify mall expenses per FTA guidelines.
• Prepare expenses schedules for Corporate Tax and coordinate with FP&A.
• Ensure POs are coded and posted; review monthly provisions.
• Evaluate expense requests for budget justification and DOA approvals.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting for Opex and Capex; support FP&A with schedules.
• Prepare monthly expense trackers and dashboards for FP&A.
• Conduct quarterly balance sheet reconciliations with detailed schedules.
