Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to manage the service desk at Dubai Festival Plaza. You will handle customer queries and problems professionally, reflecting the company’s reputation in the shopping center industry.

You will provide concierge-style assistance, answer questions about mall services, and coordinate with security and operations. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred, and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any degree.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service in a shopping centre or hospitality setting.
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays and outside official hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard customer service to mall visitors with cultural sensitivity.
• Answer questions about store locations, services, hours, promotions and events.
• Conduct daily mall walks to stay updated on changes.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and assist with concierge-style services (lost and found, directions).
• Coordinate with security and operations and support marketing during events.
