Job summary

Currie & Brown in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Associate (Cost Management) to join our team. You will work closely with a key client and bring mall project experience to the role, delivering post-contract cost management services with a focus on value and performance.

As a critical team member you will lead delivery, manage resources and timelines, and maintain strong client relationships. MRICS is preferred, and Middle East experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) is preferred.
• Previous technical delivery experience in a global construction consultancy.
• Middle East experience preferred.
• Strong report writing and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate post-contract cost management advice to clients.
• Lead a team and drive development.
• Deliver assignments competently and professionally.
• Manage resources, cost, and time to protect margins.
• Provide regular feedback to the director on commissions under management.
• Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders.
