Job summary

GAL GLOBAL AEROSPACE LOGISTICS seeks an experienced pilot for acceptance test flights and maintenance operation support. You will be responsible for conducting pre/post phase test flights and troubleshooting issues in coordination with the maintenance team. Ideal candidates will possess significant flying hours along with the ability to maintain military flight standards and relevant certifications for advanced aircraft.

Qualifications

  • Minimum total flying hours: 3,000.
  • PIC: 1,000 flying hours.
  • Minimum 200 MTP hours on AW139.
  • At least 5 years of experience as MTP.

  • Conduct acceptance test flights and troubleshoot.
  • Coordinate with Production Control for maintenance planning.
  • Assist Maintenance Examiner and team with operational checks.

Job description

Responsible for conducting acceptance test flights, pre/post phase test flights, ground/flight maintenance operational checks, ground/flight evaluation, and troubleshooting. Reports directly to the Maintenance Examiner, Maintenance Team Lead, and Maintenance Manager to assist with:

  • Coordinating with Production Control for maintenance planning, schedules, and unit (pilot and aircrew) support for maintenance operations when required.

Skills

  • FAA, EASA, or equivalent military training certificates. Military or commercial aircraft maintenance school or course required.
  • Ability to attain and maintain a local military flight physical (class I), equivalent to FAA (class II).
  • Ability to pass hands-on flight evaluation.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) preferred.
  • Minimum total flying hours: 3,000.
  • PIC: 1,000 flying hours.
  • Minimum 200 MTP hours on AW139.
  • ATPL IR certification.
  • At least 5 years of experience as MTP.
  • Maintenance Examiner certification is preferred.
