Job summary

Ultiwise Consult is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Dubai to oversee comprehensive maintenance across warehouses and properties, ensuring uptime of building services and infrastructure.

You will coordinate electrical, plumbing, CCTV, and security systems, supervise technicians and vendors, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The role requires strong team leadership and cost-conscious facility management.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance across warehouses and facilities.
• Knowledge of building services and infrastructure maintenance.
• Ability to respond to emergency maintenance promptly.
• Familiarity with HSE/QHSE safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily preventive and breakdown maintenance across warehouses and properties.
• Ensure uptime and operational efficiency of building services and infrastructure.
• Attend to emergency maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain electrical panels, lighting, outlets, and generators where applicable.
• Oversee plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, fittings, and pumps.
• Coordinate HYAC maintenance and minor repairs.
• Supervise carpentry works including doors, partitions, furniture, and fixtures.
• Ensure CCTV functionality and low-voltage systems, coordinate repairs and vendor support.
• Monitor pest control and housekeeping coordination and vendor performance.
• Manage maintenance vendors and AMC service providers; ensure quality and timelines.
• Maintain maintenance logs, asset registers, and safety compliance reports.
• Allocate work to technicians and coordinate with warehouse operations and tenants.

• 2. Ensure uptime and operational efficiency of all building services and infrastructure.
• 3. Attend to emergency maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• B. Electro-Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing Works
• 4. Maintain electrical panels lighting systems power outlets generators (if applicable).
• 5. Oversee plumbing systems including water supply drainage sanitary fittings and pumps.

• C. Civil Carpentry & Structural Maintenance
