Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a food manufacturing operation located between Ajman and Sharjah in the UAE. The role focuses on leading plant maintenance to improve equipment reliability and support continuous production, with a schedule of six days per week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You will plan preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, lead technicians, manage spare parts and contractors, and ensure safe isolation and hygienic practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Maintenance Supervisor in an industrial environment.
• Food industry experience preferred.
• Experience leading technicians and supervisors and coordinating shutdowns.

Responsibilities

• Plan preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment and utilities.
• Lead technicians and supervisors; allocate work and coordinate shutdowns with production.
• Investigate recurring failures and implement root-cause corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts, contractors and maintenance expenditure.

• Enforce safe isolation, work permits and hygienic maintenance practices.
