Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant electrical equipment maintenance, ensuring availability, reliability and integrity.

You will plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with procurement for spares while maintaining safety and compliance.

Minimum 5 years of experience; Diploma in Electrical Engineering; strong documentation and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years of electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to plan, schedule and supervise maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with electrical safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure availability and reliability.
• Plan and schedule preventive/predictive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Inspect progress and report on timely, quality task execution.
• Provide technical support, prepare scope of work, contracts, and cost reporting.
• Contribute to risk assessments and root cause analyses for electrical failures.
• Maintain maintenance records, fault reports and logbooks; update equipment history.
• Authorize electrical isolation certificates and maintenance work permits.
• Support safety toolbox talks and safe work practices.
• Assist in shutdown and major overhaul maintenance planning and execution.
