LPM Restaurant & Bar in Dubai is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to ensure every corner stays safe, functional and aligned with brand standards. You will maintain and repair facilities across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting, handling issues quickly as the business grows.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or premium environments, strong technical skills, knowledge of Dubai safety regulations, and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance or facilities experience.
• Hospitality, retail, or premium F&B experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Knowledge of Dubai safety regulations and maintenance compliance.
• Proficiency in English.

What we are looking for

3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance or facilities, ideally within hospitality, retail, or premium F&B environments.

Strong technical capability across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs and problem solving.

Familiar with Dubai safety regulations and maintenance compliance requirements.

English is a must.
