Job summary

Al Sahraa Group is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator with sales experience to manage daily maintenance activities for machinery and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and technicians. The role includes planning preventive maintenance, preparing quotations, and supporting sales efforts to develop new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in maintenance coordination within metal/fabrication, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; ERP familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Coordinator in metal, steel, or fabrication
• Experience in maintenance coordination and technical sales
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities for machines and equipment.
• Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
• Follow up with technicians to ensure maintenance work is completed on time.
• Coordinate with customers for maintenance requests and service visits.
• Prepare quotations for maintenance services, spare parts, and repairs.
• Support the sales team by following up on customer inquiries and generating new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and materials.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and job schedules.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
