Job summary

Al Sahraa Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a maintenance coordinator with sales experience to manage maintenance activities for our machinery and equipment. You will coordinate daily maintenance, plan schedules, and ensure safety and efficiency while supporting the sales team with service opportunities.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and has 3–5 years of relevant experience in metal, steel, or fabrication industries.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Coordinator in metal, steel, or fabrication.
• Experience in maintenance coordination and technical sales.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities for machines and equipment.
• Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules.
• Follow up with technicians to ensure maintenance work is completed on time.
• Coordinate with customers for maintenance requests and service visits.
• Prepare quotations for maintenance services, spare parts, and repairs.
• Support the sales team by following up on customer inquiries and generating new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and materials.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and job schedules.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
