RTC-1 Employment Services is recruiting a Maintenance Electrician for an established UAE-based industrial manufacturer in Umm Al Quwain. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on steel drum production equipment, diagnosing electrical faults to minimize downtime and keep lines running smoothly.

You will troubleshoot Schneider PLCs and HMIs, program AC drives and VFDs, and install electrical panels, transformers, and generators in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualificações

• ITI, technical diploma or diploma in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on electrical maintenance in industrial manufacturing (steel drums, metal packaging, fabrication, automation).
• Experience with Schneider PLC, HMI troubleshooting, AC drives and VFDs, machinery breakdown troubleshooting, panel assembly, drawings, and power equipment maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance on industrial production machinery.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot, program, and maintain Schneider PLC and HMI systems.
• Configure, program, and troubleshoot AC motor drives and VFDs.
• Assemble, install, and maintain electrical control panels, switchgear, and power wiring; service air compressors, transformers and diesel generators.

Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance on industrial production machinery, independently diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults to minimize downtime.? Troubleshoot, program, and maintain Schneider PLC and HMI systems, including automation controls, machine sequences, sensors, and electrical control circuits.? Configure, program, and troubleshoot AC motor drives and VFDs (Schneider, Siemens, Danfoss, L&T), ensuring reliable operation of motors and automated machinery.? Assemble, install, and maintain electrical control panels, switchgear, and power/control wiring; perform electrical maintenance on air compressors, transformers, and diesel generators.

Qualifications:? Open to male, aged 25 to 38.? Must have ITI, Technical Diploma, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, or a related discipline.? Minimum 3 years of hands‑on electrical maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing, particularly in steel drums, metal packaging, fabrication, or automated production facilities.? Hands‑on experience in Schneider PLC programming, HMI troubleshooting, AC drives and VFD configuration, machinery breakdown troubleshooting, electrical panel assembly, electrical drawing interpretation, and maintenance of compressors, transformers and generators.
