Job summary

Stockmeier Urethanes ME LLC in Dubai is seeking a Plant Operator to run reactors, mixers, pumps and other production equipment in polyurethane manufacturing, ensuring safe, efficient operations according to SOPs.

You will monitor process parameters, load materials safely, assist in blending and packaging, record batch data, maintain hygiene, and report deviations to production supervision to guarantee quality and compliance. Basic English is required; Hindi/Urdu helpful for internal coordination.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing; polyurethane industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate reactors, mixers, pumps and other production equipment according to SOPs.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, viscosity and flow.
• Load raw materials safely into production systems.
• Assist in blending and packaging of finished products.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and daily equipment checks.
• Record production data, batch logs and process readings accurately.

The Plant Operator is responsible for operating monitoring and maintaining production equipment used in the manufacturing of Polyurethane products This role ensures safe and efficient plant operations adherence to production parameters accurate batch processing and compliance with quality and safety standards The Plant Operator supports continuous production flow minimizes downtime and ensures consistent product quality Production OperationsOperate reactors mixers pumps and other production equipment according to SOPs Follow batch sheets formulations and production instructions accurately Monitor process parameters such as temperature pressure viscosity and flow rates Load raw materials drums IBCs bags safely and accurately into production systems Assist in blending and packaging of finished products Process Monitoring ControlConduct routine checks on equipment performance and process conditions Identify abnormalities or deviations and report them immediately to the Production Supervisor Adjust controls and settings as required to maintain product specifications Record production data batch logs and process readings accurately Quality ComplianceEnsure all products meet required quality standards before packaging or transfer Coordinate with QC for sampling testing and batch release Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas Safety Chemical HandlingFollow all HSE guidelines PPE requirements and chemical-handling procedures Handle hazardous materials polyols isocyanates additives safely and responsibly Participate in safety drills toolbox talks and incident reporting Ensure proper labelling storage and segregation of chemicals Equipment Maintenance HousekeepingPerform basic preventive maintenance and daily equipment checks Report breakdowns or maintenance needs promptly Maintain clean and organized production areas equipment and tools Documentation ReportingComplete batch production records logbooks and shift reports accurately Report material consumption wastage and production output Support inventory updates for raw materials and finished goods 2–5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, Polyurethane industry is advantage.
