Job summary

Angove Partners is assisting a leading global insurer on a role for an M&A Insurance Professional in Dubai. You will join a growing Transactional Risk team and work on Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) insurance across domestic and international deals.

You'll build relationships with insurers, law firms, PE sponsors and banks, manage multiple transactions from engagement to completion, and relocate to Dubai with relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Experience within M&A Insurance, Transactional Risk, W&I Insurance.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai (relocation support available).

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) Insurance and other Transactional Risk solutions.
• Work on complex M&A transactions across the Middle East and international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurers, law firms, private equity sponsors, investment banks, and corporate clients.
• Manage multiple transactions from initial engagement through to completion.
• Prepare transaction and market documentation.
• Work closely with clients and counterparties to deliver successful outcomes on live deals.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Transactional Risk practice.

What is the role?

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing Transactional Risk team, supporting clients on Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) Insurance and other M&A insurance solutions. Working alongside leading insurers, private equity firms, law firms, and corporate clients, you will play a key role in delivering insurance solutions for domestic and international transactions.
