Job summary

Marsh McLennan in Dubai is seeking a senior M&A specialist to drive PEMA business across the UAE. You will advise on due diligence, risk solutions and portfolio transactions for private equity and corporate clients.

You will coordinate cross-practice services, mentor teams, and report to the PEMA MEA Practice Leader, contributing to growth and client service excellence in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• M&A experience of 5 years.
• Tertiary qualifications in Law Finance Commerce or related field.
• Negotiating and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly motivated with a client service and solutions mindset.
• Proven experience of managing & advising a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

• Grow Marsh Specialty and PEMA brand within the MEA market.
• Provide ongoing strategic advice on transactional risk solutions in M&A deals.
• Manage and expand relationships within the M&A community including funds and clients.
• Undertake in-depth analysis on client engagements and insure risks.
• Prepare and deliver due diligence reports for clients.
• Coordinate services provided by other Marsh practices.
• Act as liaison to overseas PEMA professionals across the globe.
• Respond to RFPs focused on Advisory and M&A deals.
• Project Marsh's principles externally and host industry events.
• Lead cross‑functional project streams and ensure best-in-class service.
