Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist clients, understand preferences, and provide personalized recommendations on luxury watches.
• Demonstrate knowledge of watch brands, collections, movements, materials, craftsmanship, and features.
• Deliver a premium customer experience in line with brand standards and service expectations.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to boutique performance.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and clienteling.
• Handle product presentations, quotations, transactions, and after-sales inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads and appointments.
• Ensure displays and sales area meet high visual and merchandising standards.
• Follow inventory control, stock handling, and sales documentation procedures.
• Stay informed about new collections and market developments.
