The role blends design execution with client liaison, concept development, and close collaboration with the sales team to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.

Responsibilities include mood boards, presentations, site visits, quotations, and coordinating with engineers, suppliers and homeowners to ensure premium results.

Qualifications

• UAE-based interior design experience in luxury villas or high-end residential projects.
• Strong ability to translate design concepts into client-ready presentations.
• Proven sales mindset with track record converting inquiries into projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients, understand design vision and translate into concepts.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and design presentations.
• Conduct site visits and provide design-driven recommendations.
• Present proposals and handle client discussions, objections, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with sales to prepare quotations, BOQs, and proposals.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers for feasibility.
• Maintain relationships with homeowners, consultants, architects, and suppliers.
• Manage full sales cycle from consultation to project confirmation.
• Stay updated on UAE luxury interior trends and finishes.
