Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced interior designer to craft luxe villas, penthouses and designer residences. You’ll translate client visions into refined layouts, finishes and furnishings for premium properties.

You’ll collaborate with clients, developers and agents, develop mood boards and 3D visuals using AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3ds Max, source and manage suppliers, and oversee execution to ensure timely, high-quality delivery while staying current with luxury interior trends

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
5+ years of experience in luxury Villas & High Rise interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max/SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and interior rendering software.
Fluent English; strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Conceptualized and designed interior layouts, finishes, and furnishings for premium real estate properties.
Collaborate with clients, developers, and real estate agents to align vision and execution.
Using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D Max develop detailed mood boards, material samples, and 3D visuals.
Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
Oversee execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Stay current with trends in luxury interiors, materials, and sustainable design.
