HEAVEN. in Dubai is seeking a talented Interior Designer / Home Stylist to take full ownership of a property's renovation, furnishing and turnover for both short‑term and long‑term rentals.

You will design spaces, source suppliers, and oversee execution from concept to rentable product, combining design flair with practical project management. Qualifications

• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple renovation projects from concept to completion.
• Established network of suppliers, vendors, and contractors in Dubai/UAE or proven ability to build one.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design renovation and interior styling of residential units, including space planning, material/finish selection, and furniture layout.
• Prepare visual concepts and renderings (mood boards, 3D visualizations) to present proposals.
• Source and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and furniture/material providers.
• Identify, vet, and coordinate contractors and subcontractors for renovation and construction work; manage on-site execution.
• Oversee full execution of renovation and fit-out works on-site, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget compliance.
• Manage procurement and purchasing of furniture, fixtures, and decor items.
• Coordinate full furnishing and setup for units ahead of rental listing.
• Act as project manager across the full lifecycle of a property: renovation, furnishing, procurement, installation, and handover.
• Conduct follow-ups and quality checks post-renovation/installation.
• Support operational tasks related to rental readiness (styling, presentation, maintenance coordination).
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high design standards.

About the Role :

HEAVEN. is looking for a talented and hands‑on Interior Designer / Home Stylist to join our team in Dubai. Thisrole goes beyond design — we need someone who can take full ownership of a property from concept tocompletion, managing the entire renovation, furnishing, and turnover process for both short‑term and long‑termrental units.The ideal candidate combines strong creative design skills with practical project management experience:someone who can design a space, visualize it, source the right suppliers and contractors, and see the executionthrough to the finished, rentable product.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and design the renovation and interior styling of residential units, including space planning, materialand finish selection, and furniture layout
• Prepare visual concepts and renderings (mood boards, 3D visualizations/renderings) to present designproposals
• Source and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and furniture/material providers
• Identify, vet, and coordinate contractors and subcontractors for renovation and construction work, ormanage existing trusted partners
• Oversee and supervise the full execution of renovation and fit‑out works on‑site, ensuring quality,timeline, and budget compliance
• Manage procurement and purchasing of furniture, fixtures, and decor items
• Coordinate the full furnishing and setup process for units ahead of rental listing
• Act as project manager across the full lifecycle of a property: renovation, furnishing, procurement,installation, and final handover

Desired Candidate Profile

• Established network of suppliers, vendors, and contractors in Dubai/UAE, or proven ability to build sucha network
• Solid understanding of renovation and construction processes, timelines, and coordination
• Strong project management skills — able to independently manage multiple projects simultaneouslyfrom start to finish
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise confidently with contractors, suppliers, andmanagement
