Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline or through automotive vocational route.
• 3–5 years of solid experience in automotive sales.
• Good knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out sales to meet monthly targets and budgets.
• Prepare and maintain visit/call reports highlighting salient features.
• Report weekly/monthly on performance data against targets.
• Attend showroom customers, initiate sales process, and advise on specs.
• Maintain contact with prospects and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain customer database and update prospects list.
• Ensure pre-delivery inspections and proper documentation of sales.
• Record all vehicle transactions and invoicing with sales admin.
• Provide top-tier customer service and inform about extras and warranties.
• Inform customers of changes and ensure smooth vehicle handover.
• Provide qualified advice on vehicle financing and insurance.
• Participate in seasonal campaigns to maximize sales.
