Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Store Manager for a luxury retail environment. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team in a premium brand setting.

You will build strong client relationships, handle VIP customers, maintain visual merchandising, inventory controls, and reporting to management. Arabic, Russian or French language skills are mandatory and candidate must be based in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager in Luxury Retail
• Experience in luxury fashion, jewellery, watches, perfumes, or other premium brands preferred
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Ability to drive sales, achieve targets, and deliver exceptional customer service
• Experience in client relationship management and VIP customer handling
• Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory, merchandising, and staff management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Arabic, Russian, or French language proficiency is mandatory
• Candidate Must be in UAE
