Job summary

Etoile Group in Dubai seeks a Store Manager to lead a luxury boutique and drive commercial excellence while enhancing customer relationship management and VIP service. You will build a high-performing team, supervise stock, merchandising, and store operations, and collaborate with back-office and Mall Management to ensure flawless daily activity and brand standards.

Experience in luxury evening wear is preferred; proven leadership, people management, and a passion for world-class customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a luxury retail boutique for 3+ years, ideally in luxury evening wear and dresses.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and passion for delivering world class customer experiences.
• Deep understanding of CRM, luxury clientele and evolving luxury retail trends.
• Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique to achieve commercial excellence and CRM initiatives.
• Conduct sales analysis, monitor market trends and competition activity.
• Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy and replenishment processes.
• Be present on the shop floor to drive sales and engage VIP customers.
• Coordinate with back-office, logistics, marketing and merchandising for new launches and store events.
• Ensure visuals and window displays meet brand standards and guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in stockroom and shelves.
• Manage staff scheduling, recruitment involvement, coaching and performance feedback.
