Beside Group is seeking a Store Manager for a new luxury brand in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead staff development with a clienteling focus.

You will be responsible for achieving store and KPI targets, hiring and training staff, maintaining the store’s appearance, overseeing stock, and delivering exceptional customer service to foster brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in Clienteling is a must.
• 2+ years' store management experience.
• High school education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets and drive sales profitability.
• Hire, train, and assess store employees' productivity and performance.
• Maintain an orderly, presentable appearance of the store.
• Oversee stock and store operations.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
