Celebrity Cruises seeks an experienced Shipboard Hotel Director to drive guest experience and operational excellence aboard an ultra-luxury vessel. The role requires 5–10 years in senior hotel leadership within 5* or ultra-luxury properties and explicit shipboard hotel director experience.

Strong English communication with guests is essential, along with a proven track record in managing hotel operations, inventory control, and the department's financial performance.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years as Hotel Director/Rooms Division Director/Revenue/Hotel Ops in 5* or Ultra Luxury hotels.
• Shipboard hotel director experience is required.
• Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
• Strong guest service focus with financial and operational oversight.

Responsabilités

• Effectively manages overall ship operations and guest experience.
• Achieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction through responsiveness and team effort.
• Ensures inventory levels align with targets and operational requirements.
• Responsible for hotel department financial performance (expenses/revenue).
• Develops tactical plans to achieve financial targets and improve revenue and efficiency.
