Job summary

The First Group Hospitality is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at a luxury destination. You will supervise security personnel, ensure a discreet, professional environment, and protect guests, staff, assets, and information while coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities include duty scheduling, post assignments, CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, and collaboration with emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory security experience in luxury or high-end environments.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response and emergencies.
• Experience supervising, scheduling, training, and developing security personnel.
• First aid, CPR, fire-safety, or related certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team.
• Manage post assignments, patrols, and access-control responsibilities.
• Maintain professional, discreet security presence and guest-first service.
• Monitor access, verify guests, staff, contractors, and deliveries.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and fire alarms.
• Prepare incident reports and shift handover notes.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with other departments and external authorities when required.
