Job summary

AccorHotel is seeking a Cluster Sales Administrator to support the Sales team across Banyan Tree Dubai & Delano Dubai, ensuring smooth operations and accurate reporting. You will liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to enable revenue growth and luxury guest experiences.

The role emphasizes CRM upkeep, proposal and contract support, and coordination of campaigns and client visits in a luxury hospitality setting. Great for detail-oriented professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a sales support administrative or reservations role within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Familiarity with the hospitality CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (German French or Arabic) are a plus.
• Ability to multitask prioritise and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cluster Sales team in daily administrative tasks including managing calendars client correspondence and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports forecasts and performance dashboards for both properties.
• Support the creation and distribution of sales proposals contracts and marketing materials.
• Maintain and update the CRM system ensuring client and market data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Track leads follow-ups and client interactions providing timely reminders and alerts for the sales team.
• Act as a first point of contact for client inquiries responding promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests bookings and special arrangements are handled efficiently.
• Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns promotions and client events.
• Coordinate logistics for client visits site inspections and meetings.
• Compile sales data and performance metrics for review by the Cluster Sales Director.
• Identify trends and assist in preparing reports that support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with Marketing Operations and Front Office teams to support sales initiatives and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
