Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants partners with a luxury retailer to seek a dynamic Luxury Retail Trainer who will drive learning and development across 6 boutique locations. This role equips teams with knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand ethos.

You will design and deliver programs (in-person, live online and self-paced), lead boutique audits and mentor staff, track outcomes and tailor development plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury retail or training.
• Experience designing and delivering training in physical and digital formats.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs (in-person, live online, and self-paced) focused on product knowledge, sales excellence, and customer service.
• Lead boutique audits and mystery shopper programs to ensure adherence to brand standards and provide actionable feedback.
• Track and report training outcomes, identify skill gaps, and implement tailored development plans.
• Act as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence across all locations.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance training programs to keep pace with trends in luxury retail.
